2 MINUTE TOY BREAK !

The Danger Room display was cool but when you look at It ,you know It's the Danger Room.Only X-Men figs would make sense In that setting.This display ,on the other hand,can be used for pretty much any style of action figure.Modern figures look great with It...... ......but I think I prefer the way the larger ,vintage  figures look. Rambo Is already a kick ass line  of figures but this display makes them pop even more! This display  even makes knock off 80's military figs look bad ass ! B.A. Is about to walk In on an illegal chop shop (is that redundant?) operation! 90's Marvel Superheroes figures pop on their own,no display needed,but they look good displayed here. Incorporating figures around the back of the display Is something I should have done more In the above pics.The open area on the door can be a nice place to display extra figures seeing as how the front Is a little limited ,space wise. TMNT vintage Donatello!

Finally,a little foot soldier action!Brother Midnight has helped me round out my vintage TMNT collection with a couple of foot soldiers and Splinter.I had gotten rid of Splinter once before In a trade I completed with lord knows who (was it you Brother ?) ,so I am glad to get him back!I've always liked the original design of  the foot soldiers ,and always wanted some as a kid.They are an odd looking ,almost alien like brand of Ninja with a foot stamped on their bean shaped foreheads.I'm liking my Playmates  TMNT  collection and now the only two that I need are Shredder and Krang!Good looking out Bro! Brother also packed a staff  with the foot soldiers that I was able to use for my Donatello!

So I hopped online and found a cheap ,vintage Raphael belt and I just had to pull the trigger.The lack of clothing was really starting to wear on Raphael's dignity.He's better now that he has his belt back,although a pair of Sai would really put him over the top ;)  

I'm at the point In toy collecting where I have most of what I sought after when I began this whole action figure blogging thing back In 2011.Remember Action Figs and Things?If not , here Is a link  to my very first action figure post, ever !Since then I've acquired a nice amount of figures ,not an astounding amount,but enough to keep me blogging and my display case full.With that being said,there are still a couple figures out there that are on my radar.Here are my vintage wants-                                                           SECTAURS- SPIDRAX Doesn't have to come with all accessories ,but I'd like to find one with his harness and at least 1 pistol.Spidrax came with an Insect hand puppet  which I'm really not interested In.This Is a figure I had as a kid  so the nostalgic value alone makes this number 1 one on my w...
