2 MINUTE TOY BREAK !

This is  a pretty cool stand alone set,If your into the movie.I picked this up to compliment my set of four Eastman Laird turtles,but the characters don't really mix well.Save for the actual Kraang rubber figure(sans body),Shredder and Raph will probably be stashed (unless I decide to go after the other three turtles).    I always said that If I ever did  start picking up mini figs,they would be of the Mega Bloks variety.I like them better than Lego in that they are more poseable.The amount of removable accessories   Is insane. Everything from Raph's web gear (which also features holsters on the back for both sai's) to his mask,wristbands and shoulder pad.  I was disappointed In Shredder,though,because he didn't come with his trademark claws.Just a ,what i'm assuming , Mutagen gun.  Kraang looks pretty cool when stuffed into his host cyborg body. Time to wrap up my Eastman Laird Mega Bloks Turtles extravaganza.I kid.I have two more sets of TMNT Mega Bloks to look at before moving on to figures sized a little bit more to my liking.As much as I love this particular run of  B&W Mega Bloks  TMNT , I really miss my 3 3/4 figures! They look so damn cool together! I needed some villains to go up against my Eastman Laird Turtles and I figured ,why  not do a movie/comic crossover.I'll be going over this set sometime this week. 

I finally figured  out what It Is that's been  missing on both movie renditions of Casey Jones.It's the crazy,Wolverine style hair - do!Shit ,If Hugh Jackman can pull It off... But I digress,On to the figure. I took the liberty of adding a few touches to an otherwise lackluster Casey Jones figure.O.K. he's not that bad.In fact he's the closest yet to the original 90's cult favorite.I added POC Zartan's back pack and armed him with a McFarlane Sportspicks Barry Bonds Rawlings baseball bat.He looks alot tougher now,i think.Overall It's a good figure with minimal paint apps which isn't abig deal because Jones isn't a splashy character to begin with. I like the hooded leather jacket and jeans  look.The one flaw with this figure Is In his leg articulation.You can't really get Casey into a crouched ,fighting position because of it.Other than that,he's pretty nice.       "A Barry Bonds bat!?!Tell me,you did...
