2 MINUTE TOY BREAK !

I was finally able to add some of the new CORPS! figures to my collection over the weekend.I was quite surprised to see so few of them left in stock.A couple more sets and I should have the entire lineup of new recruits covered.I'm still debating on whether I should pick up the Roc fig or not.      I hope Lanard sticks to this design  cuz I'm really diggin' It.

.As I've said before,I really like the CORPS! and have even sent e-mails to Lanard expressing my love of not only the figures but their price point,as well.I also recommended they do a  cartoon series at some point,maybe a straight to DVD adventure  they could package with some figures.That would be pretty damn epic. They've created some real cool web comics with top notch artwork depicting the new CORPS! vs. The Curse wars that have unfolded since the initial release of the new line of figures. I usually take my time with these figures because Wal Mart always has a surplus of them hanging on the pegs.For about 3 bucks you can pick up this two pack at your local Wal Mart and K-Mart department stores.The Diesel figure Is a plus for me because I didn't have him yet. Plague,The baddie formerly known as Shadow!Hugo "Shadow " Ortiz was a covert ops good guy  In the CORPS! who ,to quote his bio , " Strayed into the obscure".After messing around with some nano-technology ,Shadow becomes Plague,leader of  The Curse!Check out the artwork!I don't know who's doing all of Lanards illustrations,but you can tell they are moving In the right direction.The artwork, story line and additional characters do a great job of complimenting each other .I think a CORPS! hour length animated film on DVD would tie everything together and make this a heavyweight as far as discount toys go.These guys need to be brought to life! Here's  Shadow next to Plague.Both have the same sculpts with different paint apps.I'm really like the Curse faction symbol. I'm glad I decided to hang onto all of my CORPS! figures.With these newly released figures,I should be able to amass a nice army of them.      ...
