2 MINUTE TOY BREAK !

It took me long enough but I've finally added an E.T. figure to my collection. NECA did a good job with this figure, including accessories representing key moments from the movie. The Speak & Spell is an actual representation of the 70s tech most of us had as kids. We didn't need no stinking I-Pads. Speak & Spell and Wooly Willie were our tablets. Someone needs to release a life size replica of these flowers. I'd buy!  My only gripe, and it's a small one, is the generic peanut butter Reese's Pieces.  Here's E.T. next to 6 inch Star Wars Black figures of Han Solo and Chewbacca. Before going into my #4 Funko POP! pick, I thought I'd highlight a cool purchase I recently made! I realized that there had to be a method to go with my madness If I was gonna start collecting Funko POP! figures. With so many to choose from, I figured I'd chronologically collect them according to pop culture and TV events that influenced me as a kid. Let's start with  POP! figure #1. E.T. is one of the first films that I can remember really being moved by. It left quite an impression on my 7 year old heart and even today I get a lump in my throat whenever I see the  Drew Barrymore scene at the end of the movie.

Ho-lee SHIT!Brother Midnight's trade package arrived today ,and right off the bat,delivered a punch that knocked me silly and right back to the 80's!A while back,I posted about a man cave I was In the process of hooking up and Bro Midnight gave me an idea to throw up some Christmas lights and maybe a couple of movie posters. Both were great ideas ,only problem Is I didn't have any movie posters :( Well,Brother took It upon himself to aid me In my efforts to create my make shift man cave with a mind blowing assortment of  80's movie posters! Willow!God, If you don't remember Willow then you were In a cryogenic sleep for most of the 80's.I need to see this again!
