2 MINUTE TOY BREAK !

 Is it Manbat or Man-Bat? Either way, this Is a great looking action figure! Lets take a look at the packaging. Here's Man-Bat sans wings.  I guess they counted his wings as the third accessory because this time around you only get his orange claws and a blaster . Card backgrounds are relative to the mission . The first card Is the Harbor Defender mission and the second is the Sky Detective mission.  Just a couple of fun pics I took with some added help from my daughter who supplied me with some cool LED's !   

Lets keep the ball rolling with Spin-Master's DC 4" figure playset featuring Clayface, Batman and his Batcycle! I'm loving the artwork on the packaging. The action shot on the back is spectacular!  It's too bad I don't have the room otherwise I would have kept the box. I wish Spin Master would have made it so that you didn't have to damage the insert when removing the figures. That backdrop would have made for some nice pics! You only get two accessories. A pair of Batclaws. Clayface looks amazing! Small, yes, but that sculpt is on point. Hes nice and chunky, too, and feels great in hand. I really like this version of Batman. In fact, it's my favorite of the three I own now. The armor is an odd shade of grey, almost forest green like.  The batcycle looks good, too. Nice and heavy in hand made with durable plastic. This was definitely made to take a licking and keep on ticking when played with.  Batman fits nice and snug with both hands firmly gripped on the...

I broke down and picked up a Flash figure online. It was the one figure I felt I had to add to my DC Heroes Unite collection before moving on to the filler figures. He's not even one of my favs from the line but a must have If you want a decent Justice League group display. On a side note, this Is the first Flash figure to make an appearance on this or any other toy blog I've ever ran In the past. The paint used on some of the brighter figures In this line is very glossy. It comes across great in-hand but it can be a pain to take pictures without a shiny glare. Ironically, I took these shots of  Flash without flash.    He's a nice looking figure. A bit more muscular than I would have liked for a Flash figure but It's not so bad.   It's all becoming clearer to me now. I suspected that his action shot would be the same as Cyborgs seeing as how they are depicted together.  It's the backgrounds that change according to the mission...

The Joker Is my newest addition from the DC Spin Master  line of action figures.  I passed this figure up a few times thinking he'd be warming the pegs and I'd be able to snag him up at a later time. I was right. There's still a few of these left at my local Wal Mart.  While not my favorite figure from the line, The Joker was a must-add. Nothing amazing about this figure, just a decent rendition of  old school Joker. As random as this DC Spin Master line Is, Joker's collectible card was the same as Batman's. It would have been cool to have an original Joker action shot, but not a big deal,really.   Sneaky Joker poking around Batman's locker  looking for the mystery items! And here they are! Yes, I got a pair of  bat-gauntlets to equip my Tactical Batman figure with! I'm also digging the boxing glove mini bazooka and exploding chattering teeth! Both look good with this Joker figure.   ...
