1990 Toy Biz Marvel Superheroes Daredevil
Growing up we had lots of cool superhero toys to collect. There was never a shortage of Batman, Superman or Spiderman figures in the toy aisles. Mainstream characters got all the love. Dudes like Daredevil, not so much. That all changed in the mid to late 80's (Mattel Secret Wars) and in 1990 Toy Biz would start releasing their seemingly neverending line of Marvel Superheroes that gave us action figures of everybody from Daredevil to Deathlok.
Love that figure. I used a one armed version of him in my animated show, Action Figure Adventures.
ReplyDeleteHe Is a classic Indeed,Buzz. And one of my favs !
DeleteLove him. Used to have him as a kid, I think I still have a broken torso and head in a box somewhere lol.
ReplyDeleteYeah, they're pretty flimsy, the older they get. Mine Is pretty loose and could use an O Ring.
ReplyDeletethat is action figure perfection right there- love the quasi-military flight suit, complete with B.A.Baracus blingy aiguillette cords on the shoulders. I mean, the man was a Special Forces Sergeant. Love, love, love that
ReplyDeleteDitto,Ditto,Ditto !
ReplyDeleteI didn't know they made a GI Joe style A-Team line! Had I been into GI Joe back in the day I would have gone nuts for them! I pity the fool that doesn't love Mr. T.
ReplyDeleteMr.T was the shizz! The plastic used for these figures was subpar and the heads are made out of rubber. But If your lucky, you may find a nice, preserved figure.Mine is loose as heck.
