2 MINUTE TOY BREAK !

So glad I was able to pick this up! For those of you who don't already know, Boglins was an 80s line of of rubber, mechanized and very life-like hand puppets. You could move the eyes around and make the puppet perform various facial expressions via the plastic controls located inside the rubber sculpt. Thanks to Tri Action Toys, we now have a second chance at reliving our childhood Boglins experience with these reissues! I snagged up King Dwork because it's the only one I had as a kid but would like to add more in the future.

It kind of bugs me when people knock new brands of figures for not looking like brands before it. I saw a listing for a custom Masterverse Skeletor figure. It had the Masterverse body with an old school Skeletor head sculpt. I don't get it. If you like the old school Skeletor that much then buy an old school Skeletor. This is a completely different universe of MOTU. The figures look different for a reason. They're spot on with the series they're based off of and that's all that matters to me, really. I'll only post the one pic of  Masterverse Skeletor loose because by now I'm pretty sure you've all seen it before .  Action Figure Barbecue has been doing a great job reviewing them. 

Every action figure collector knows this is how it starts. Look at all that empty space next to that lone Marvel Universe Daredevil action figure. Tsk, tsk, tsk. I'll have to remedy that somehow😉
