This evergreen line of Snake Eyes movie figures have been on my radar for a while now. Not sure if I'll get into them or not. Looking forward to getting up close and personal with them and posting about it. Stay tuned!
Just watched a YT review on this series. I think kids will love these because of the assortment of weapons... and parents will like the cost per figure. Based on how much a lot of action figures cost these days, the $10 price tag seems like a bargain. If I ever see Storm Shadow in stores, I'm gonna grab it for my classroom.
I've already opened these and I'm not overly impressed with them, Fuji. Maybe it was just my Stormy but he felt very loose at the waist. I know they have a gimmick but it kind of bugs me. Snake Eyes is pretty cool, though.
They're not very impressive, Alexis. My Ninja and Stormy figure were both kind of loose at the waist. Also the web gear on the red ninja fits very loosely and flops around all over the place. I would wait on these to hit Five Below before picking any up.
The other day ,my better half and I had the chance to traverse our local mall early In the day.I hate going to malls at peak hours or on the weekends. The crowds are just too damn cool for me.Long story short, our mall now has a toy store! I couldn't believe my eyes. From a far It looked like It was going to be some artsy fartsy place with educational toys ,wooden blocks and model kits, but no!This place had pretty much everything collectors go for nowadays. The name of the store Is "Go!,Toys and Games" and I can honestly say that I've never heard of It before.Everything was a dollar or two extra ,but that's not too bad considering how ridiculously expensive modern toys are In hobby and toy shops these days.I really hope this place sticks around. There Is a nice mix of everything.Marvel Legends,Star Wars to blind bags to Funko figs.On top of that there are tons of board games and books. WTF? Yes! 3 3/4 Marvel Legends!!!!!Not alot thou
As much as I love the Classified line of Joe figures, I feel like there's other Joe stuff out there that deserve a little bit of that spotlight. Pictured are two custom cardback figure protectors and four Diamond Select 💎 GI Joe figures. I'd been looking for a way to protect my stashed 3.75 o-ring Joe's when I came across these online. I picked up William Perry's and Snake Eyes protectors and will be adding more as they are made available. These are unpunched, clean and professional looking cardbacks that feature vintage artwork on the front and file card on the back. Diamond Select just doesn't get the props they deserve in my opinion. As much as I dig their Marvel Minimates line, these Joe Minimates are equally cool! I'm not even sure I want to open these guys up. I mean I want to, but would hate to.

ReplyDeleteI keep being tempted by these, and and have had them in my cart many times (as I can't really afford Classified), but just can't pull the trigger.
