It's Been A Long Time...I Shouldn't Have Left You...On Card!

I've held out long enough. Toy pick ups have been  few and far between so I'm finally going to crack open my Marvel Legends 3.75 Retro figures! I'm going to try something different , though. I'll be carefully cutting out a small opening at the top of the blister to see If I can slide the figure out. Hopefully both the figure and card will come out of this unharmed. I'll let you guys know how it goes!

  1. I came so close to ordering a set of these... just to hang them up in my classroom. They're gorgeous.

  2. That they are, Fuji. Hopefully I can remove the figures without doing too much to the awesome cardbacks.

    1. Get a bottle of acetate, and use a paint brush to spread it around the edges of the bubble, using an exacto knife to gently lift it up, and using more acetate in the newly created hole. The acetate will eat the glue. The exacto will create new areas to apply more. It takes time, but you'll have a clean card with no rips or tears if done slowly and carefully enough.

    2. I was gonna go in from the top of the blister with an exacto knife 🤣 Remind me to never go into the medical field 🤪

    1. I'm looking forward to placing them next to some of my Star Wars figures in comparison.
