Snake Eyes Action Figures (Revisited)

GI JOE RETALIATION SNAKE EYES ( MOVIE VERSION)

The figure, much like the movie was..ok. The big hands and lack of lower leg/boot detail takes away from what could have been an amazing action figure. Not the best 3.75 Snake Eyes action figure but not the worst either 🐍

  1. Are you going to buy the Threezero Snake Eyes? It looks really cool, but $150 is a lot of money with Black Friday and Christmas right around the corner.

  2. I wish, Fuji. Things are tight around these here parts😝 I really haven't been able to add anything new to the collection and probably won't for a little while. Good thing I have stuff to revisit, tho 😉

    1. I hear ya. 2020 was the year of cutbacks for me. Although, I'm not sure if I mentioned it in a comment or not... but your blog inspired me to pick up my first Snake Eyes figure since my childhood. I just picked up the G.I. Joe Classified Series version and I'm pretty happy with it.

    2. I need to be cutting back, however I went out and impulse bought all of wave one of the new MOTU Origins line! BTW I saw some new 3.75" G.I. Joe figures on retro looking cardbacks at Wal-Mart... You know anything about these?

    3. Those new Joe figures are a great way to get back in the game as far as the modern 3.75 figures go. Alot of people missed out on them. They are basically updated versions of the 25th ann. line ( with the exception of Snake Eyes who was originally released in that version in the Pursuit of Cobra line). The cardbacks are all retro styled and look pretty great. I have alot of those figures already so I'm waiting to see what they have coming.

  3. I had this one, Storm Shadow too. They were nice, but was selling most of my 3.75" collection. My 6" Classified was a nice upgrade!

  5. Can't ever go wrong with Snake Eyes, even if he is wearing shoes and not boots. I don't care for his "knight" face mask though. Prefer the original commando design.

  6. I actually am a fan of both head sculpts but prefer the visor. I'd like to see more Snake Eyes figures come with both. And more Timbers, too!

  7. I actually like this millenial looking Snake-Eyes. I think is a good update, very modern.

  8. I loved the way he looked in the film. The figures cool but a little more detail would have gone a long way.
