1991 Starting Lineup - Scottie Pippen

I would have preferred his 1988 piece but opted for the lower priced 1991 figure instead. Still, a great looking figure  with an awesome head sculpt! Pretty spot on If you ask me.




One of sports greatest 1-2 punch of all time!

    I've never really collected Pippen cards or figures... but you're absolutely right. These two made one heck of a tandem.

    I was just thinking about how rarely people over on the card collecting sites showcase their Jordan cards . In fact I see very few Bulls posts.

      I've written about most of the key cards sitting in my collection... and haven't picked up any major cards in the last 5 years (just too expensive). Plus most of my readers are baseball card peeps. But I'll try to hammer out a MJ post for you in the near future.

The other day ,my better half and I had the chance to traverse our local mall early In the day.I hate going to malls at peak hours or on the weekends.The crowds are just too damn cool for me.Long story short,our mall now has a toy store! I couldn't believe my eyes.From a far It looked like It was going to be some artsy fartsy place with educational toys ,wooden blocks and model kits,but no!This place had pretty much everything collectors go for nowadays.The name of the store Is "Go!,Toys and Games" and I can honestly say that I've never heard of It before.Everything was a dollar or two extra ,but that's not too bad considering how ridiculously expensive modern toys are In hobby and toy shops these days.I really hope this place sticks around. There Is a nice mix of everything.Marvel Legends,Star Wars  to blind bags to Funko figs.On top of that there are tons of board games   and books. WTF? Yes! 3 3/4 Marvel Legends!!!!!Not alot thou

Recent Pick Up!

My last "Merry Christmas To Me" post was going to be of Marvel Legends Spider-Man animated cartoon series figure that I thought I was getting a great deal on. It turns out the figure was a bootleg. $30 down the drain and a fake Spider Man figure in the trash. I didn't even bother trying to get a refund from the seller. I'll chalk it up to a loss and keep it moving. So today I figured I'd  treat myself to something dope in the toy aisles at my local Walmart and found this!  I'm not sure if this is a reissue or what but It was the last one on the pegs and so I grabbed it. Now I can't get that damned theme song out of my head.
