2 MINUTE TOY BREAK !

If you've been around my site long enough ,you've most likely read about the time my G1 Bumblebee got stolen.If not ,then let me reiterate.I was around 8 or 9 years old in the third grade and pretty popular with the girls I might add.I was a good looking kid ,what can I say ;) Here was the problem,in a nutshell.Most popular girl in class liked me.Strongest kid in class liked most popular girl. Strongest kid in class punches me in the nose on school bus ride home,tells me to stay away from popular girl and then proceeds to steal my G1 Bumblebee. In one fell swoop I lose the girl and my Bumblebee figure!Yeah,The Karate Kid was a great film ,but total bullshit!Had I lifted my arms and leg to attempt a crane kick he would have probably punched me in the stomach ,too.The slight humming sound and watery eyes after getting punched in the nose was tolerable but I wasn't about to risk further injury trying to pull a Ralph Machio. First and foremost I'd like to wish everyone a Happy New Year.Lots of ups and downs ,twists and turns but for the most part 2018 wasn't  all that bad.Collectors club members got tons of cool Joes In the mail while everyday,G.I.  Joe Schmo  collectors  such as myself  were left with nothing really extraordinary to choose from while  shopping our local department store's toy aisles. TRU shutdown which to me wasn't a humongous deal  as I barely had the time or cash to visit the store as much as I wanted to. After today It's back to normal for everyone and I can dig that.Too much Christmasy,holiday spirit can be overwhelming.I'm actually glad It's all over with.With all that said,It's time to get back to collecting.Time to latch onto a new toy line and fill the old toy shelves again.In fact,I might need an intervention! I need help guys!I can't stop picking up these Starting Lineup figures!With the little bit of Christmas cash I received from my parents

With the new year rolling in (holy crap,2019 already!) things are going to switch up aesthetically here on 2 Minute Toy Break.Ill be switching up themes and with that i'll probably have to reload my blog list as well.I'm also going to make it a point to stick to hobby related posts,avoiding controversial and gripe based content,unless they are gripes about toys specifically.I want to say that I'm going to comment alot more this time around but that all depends on the bloggers content.If i don't leave a comment on your site ,it doesn't mean that I don't   appreciate the work you put into that post,it only means that I'm just not interested in the post.
