2 MINUTE TOY BREAK !

So yesterday,my daughter and I decided to do a little toy hunting for my birthday with some  cash I received from her aunt, my  sister.All while battling flu like symptoms that hit me right after attending one of her school concerts a couple days back.Although It probably had nothing to do with the people at the concert,a part of me blames everyone in there for getting me sick .It's funny when I toy hunt with my daughter.She wants me to buy everything.Had It been up to her I would have walked out with an Imaginext Hall Of Justice lol!She was having a ball with it .Instead I opted to build on my makeshift Ninja Turtle universe.    Toys are cool,but this  to me was the  purchase of the day. I've gotten into the habit of  sitting In my yard  and   watching the different kinds of birds fly around ,making nests and chirping back and forth at each other. If you read my last Mini 3D puzzle post ,you pretty much know what these sets are all about.They're more  model kits then they are puzzles.So lets get started with the Quinjet! I won't go into too much detail with this one.Check out my TMNT 3D Puzzle review to get the basics on how to pop out and fit pieces together. Here's the finished product.Not bad looking ,although I must say that Hulk and Iron Man kind of weigh down the wings,causing them come off easily.You could always crazy glue the wings on.They won't come off If you just want to display it on a shelf,but If your looking to fly it around your living room I'd glue the wings on.  Godzilla's at It again!Time to call for back up turtles!Get the Avengers on the horn! Again,these are nothing more than time killers.But the end result Is well worth the waste of time.I'd definitely pick up more sets If Dollar Tree decided to stock them.Transformers,Justice League kits

Well not exactly new.They were installed in my old basement toy room and I decided to move them on up like the Jefferson's.This great set of shelves actually came with the house and are still in pretty awesome condition.There Is something exhilarating about putting up new shelves for toys because of all the display possibilities. For now i'll showcase my Captain America cars and Titan Heroes on them. Notice the orb that decided to follow me up from the basement.Dee-doo,dee-doo,dee-doo,dee-dooh...

If you remember last week ,I found some Bandai Godzilla 2014 figures on clearance at a local discount clothing store.I picked up the Tail Strike Godzilla, but after looking at a couple reviews and learning about his inability to stand upright,I went back and exchanged him for the Smash Strike version.And I'm glad I did!Look at that card art!It's almost as impressive as the $5.99 price tag ;) If you know me,then you know that I am a clearance freak.If I don't have to pay full price for something and have to wait two years to do it,so be It.The good thing about it Is that the film Is also  2 years old ,which means that I can  find that dirt cheap  as well on  discount DVD/Blu-Ray   racks everywhere. Out of the packaging,'Zilla looks pretty cool.Aside from the obvious soar thumb gimmick alterations,this figure is decent. I thought the exaggerated waist cut would bother m,e,but It really doesn't.
