2 MINUTE TOY BREAK !

My last Christmas gift to myself was fueled by my love for the Sega Genesis. Jaaks Pacific has been releasing these figures sporadically at my local Walmart. I was able to hunt down Axel, Roo and the  Altered Beast dragon figure but needed eBay to help me fill out the set. I passed on the Monkey Ball figure because it doesn't really have ties to any 16 bit Sega Genesis games that I actively played or have any memories of.  I'm still undecided as to what I want to do with these figures. To open, or not to open, that is the question ❓ ❓ ❓ 

 I remember playing The Punisher Sega Genesis game and wondering why Nick Fury was dressed differently than in the comics. Did he look like this at any point in the marvel comic universe? I'll have to look that up. Either way, it's still a bad ass look for S.H.I.E.L.D. commander, Nick Fury! 

I think I've been doing a pretty good job of holding back when it comes to Marvel Legends and GIJoe Classified figures. But just when I think I'm in the clear with no real need to add anything new to my collection.... ...this happens!  Ahhh, the marriage of action figure and video game! But this ain't your ordinary video game themed action figure set. For me, this is "THE" video game themed action figure set. I absolutely loved this game! Back in the day my cousin and I would sit in front of the television for hours playing this shit! True, the weed magnified the effect the game had on us but there was no denying how bad-ass it was. Hasbro punched me right in the nards with this set and it hurt. But at least I have kick ass figures of The Punisher and Nick Fury to show for it!  ( Insanely co...
