Marvel Universe - Nightcrawler

Cross off another big name off  the Marvel Universe "Want List".Nightcrawler was a must have for my small team of  X-Men .He was always a favorite of mine In the comics and  In video games.This Is another one of those MU figs with an overblown price tag.why?I don't know.Not sure If he was short packed as a single carded figure or If It's just because of his popularity.Anyway,I was able to find him super cheap (It's the only way I roll) form a vendor who seemed to be selling off a large portion of his collection.$9 and some change later,I finally have a Nightcrawler figure!I won't post a team pic yet because I'm waiting on a couple other figures for my X-Men universe to arrive to do that.Stay tuned!

    Oh man I need that guy!Only a few Xmen I need still and they are all pricey.

    Great looking figure. Learning lots about Marvel figures from your posts, which is scary... because the last thing I need to do is start a new collection of something.

    Two words.Marvel Universe.Type them into the ebay search query and watch the kid in you rejoice when you realize that every Marvel superhero and villain you grew up with Is now AN ARTICULATED KICK ASS ACTION FIGURE!

The other day ,my better half and I had the chance to traverse our local mall early In the day.I hate going to malls at peak hours or on the weekends.The crowds are just too damn cool for me.Long story short,our mall now has a toy store! I couldn't believe my eyes.From a far It looked like It was going to be some artsy fartsy place with educational toys ,wooden blocks and model kits,but no!This place had pretty much everything collectors go for nowadays.The name of the store Is "Go!,Toys and Games" and I can honestly say that I've never heard of It before.Everything was a dollar or two extra ,but that's not too bad considering how ridiculously expensive modern toys are In hobby and toy shops these days.I really hope this place sticks around. There Is a nice mix of everything.Marvel Legends,Star Wars  to blind bags to Funko figs.On top of that there are tons of board games   and books. WTF? Yes! 3 3/4 Marvel Legends!!!!!Not alot thou

Recent Pick Up!

My last "Merry Christmas To Me" post was going to be of Marvel Legends Spider-Man animated cartoon series figure that I thought I was getting a great deal on. It turns out the figure was a bootleg. $30 down the drain and a fake Spider Man figure in the trash. I didn't even bother trying to get a refund from the seller. I'll chalk it up to a loss and keep it moving. So today I figured I'd  treat myself to something dope in the toy aisles at my local Walmart and found this!  I'm not sure if this is a reissue or what but It was the last one on the pegs and so I grabbed it. Now I can't get that damned theme song out of my head.
