A Cup Of Strong Joe And A Strong Joe!

 Lots of adulting and running around coupled with crappy weather, work and vehicle maintenance  has made this month one of my more difficult ones to get through. But anybody who's ever had to deal with the day to day rigors and curveballs that life sometimes throws at us  knows that after every storm there is a calm. My respite has come in the form of a day off, a well timed package arrival and a strong cup of Bustelo Spanish coffee! 


Even if you don't collect Classified, Sgt.Slaughter is a must add  for your action figure collection. I won't go in depth about it but, yes, this figure absolutely rocks!

    My wife and I have officially boycotted the month of January. There's nothing good about it (other than football playoffs). At college we called it the Gloom Period. Anyway - cool Joe. The coffee sounds excellent.

    Love all the different accessories this figure comes with, but I'm actually more interested in the Bustelo Spanish coffee. Sounds amazing.

    You should try it, Fuji. I must warn you, it's super strong. Once you get your coffee to water ratio down, it really is a great cup of Joe!

    Initially, this was the one I was gonna get but then Hasbro released theirs at a cheaper price point. I may still pick up that valaverse version, tho. It is pretty cool!

The other day ,my better half and I had the chance to traverse our local mall early In the day.I hate going to malls at peak hours or on the weekends.The crowds are just too damn cool for me.Long story short,our mall now has a toy store! I couldn't believe my eyes.From a far It looked like It was going to be some artsy fartsy place with educational toys ,wooden blocks and model kits,but no!This place had pretty much everything collectors go for nowadays.The name of the store Is "Go!,Toys and Games" and I can honestly say that I've never heard of It before.Everything was a dollar or two extra ,but that's not too bad considering how ridiculously expensive modern toys are In hobby and toy shops these days.I really hope this place sticks around. There Is a nice mix of everything.Marvel Legends,Star Wars  to blind bags to Funko figs.On top of that there are tons of board games   and books. WTF? Yes! 3 3/4 Marvel Legends!!!!!Not alot thou

Recent Pick Up!

My last "Merry Christmas To Me" post was going to be of Marvel Legends Spider-Man animated cartoon series figure that I thought I was getting a great deal on. It turns out the figure was a bootleg. $30 down the drain and a fake Spider Man figure in the trash. I didn't even bother trying to get a refund from the seller. I'll chalk it up to a loss and keep it moving. So today I figured I'd  treat myself to something dope in the toy aisles at my local Walmart and found this!  I'm not sure if this is a reissue or what but It was the last one on the pegs and so I grabbed it. Now I can't get that damned theme song out of my head.
