Let Me Upgrade You!

 Up until today,this had been my only Rambo Force of Freedom action figure.Kind of bland with no accessories save for his trademark knife. I've been wanting to find his belt and bandolier  for the longest and ultimately ended up just replacing the whole gosh darn figure.


Behold...


Can you spot the differences?Apparently there were two versions of this figure.One with a small head and one with a bigger one.I always knew this but wasn't aware that the one I recently got In the mail was the big head version until I had It In hand. 


I'm still missing his rocket launcher and a couple of other accessories but I like my new Rambo figure ,now. I think It's  a decent  upgrade.Although,I'm not sure which size head I prefer.

      Yeah ,Rambo didn't talk as much as Rocky did.Which,I think is a good thing,right?

    It's a great line to collect,even now.The figures are durable and have held up well throughout the years.

The other day ,my better half and I had the chance to traverse our local mall early In the day.I hate going to malls at peak hours or on the weekends.The crowds are just too damn cool for me.Long story short,our mall now has a toy store! I couldn't believe my eyes.From a far It looked like It was going to be some artsy fartsy place with educational toys ,wooden blocks and model kits,but no!This place had pretty much everything collectors go for nowadays.The name of the store Is "Go!,Toys and Games" and I can honestly say that I've never heard of It before.Everything was a dollar or two extra ,but that's not too bad considering how ridiculously expensive modern toys are In hobby and toy shops these days.I really hope this place sticks around. There Is a nice mix of everything.Marvel Legends,Star Wars  to blind bags to Funko figs.On top of that there are tons of board games   and books. WTF? Yes! 3 3/4 Marvel Legends!!!!!Not alot thou

Recent Pick Up!

My last "Merry Christmas To Me" post was going to be of Marvel Legends Spider-Man animated cartoon series figure that I thought I was getting a great deal on. It turns out the figure was a bootleg. $30 down the drain and a fake Spider Man figure in the trash. I didn't even bother trying to get a refund from the seller. I'll chalk it up to a loss and keep it moving. So today I figured I'd  treat myself to something dope in the toy aisles at my local Walmart and found this!  I'm not sure if this is a reissue or what but It was the last one on the pegs and so I grabbed it. Now I can't get that damned theme song out of my head.
