Finally , Marvel Universe Dr. Doom!

Hasbro released their Marvel Universe Dr.Doom figure way back In 2009,and I'm just getting around to picking one up.This guy Is almost impossible to find under 20 bucks online and If your lucky to find one at a toy re seller, be prepared to pay about the same.I won this guy in an Ebay auction for about 11 bucks shipped,and I couldn't be happier with the purchase.Every other time I've placed bids on this figure,20 people jump In and bump the high bid amount  above the 15 dollar mark and I refuse to pay more than 10 bucks for a 3 3/4 figure.It's insane ,I know.Now ,I finally have a Doom figure  worthy of leading the small  team of  villains I've been slowly amassing.Now ,we celebrate!

    I still need this guy, He (and a lot of others) took a back seat to the Spiderman and Xmen fixation I had going for a while.

    I need him too. Keep hoping since he is Marvel´s most popular villain that he would be brought out again one day.

      ah but Marvel has all but erased everything Fantastic four comic and toy wise because Disney/Marvel are trying to get force Fox into selling back the movie rights.

      Good point. I waited It out,but the longer I waited ,the higher the price went on this one.The only one they released after was the white version which i didn't care for at all.

    Nice pickup, I haven't this guy yet, he looks cool and Doom is a titan among bad guys. Too too bad they never did him justice on the silver screen.

The other day ,my better half and I had the chance to traverse our local mall early In the day.I hate going to malls at peak hours or on the weekends.The crowds are just too damn cool for me.Long story short,our mall now has a toy store! I couldn't believe my eyes.From a far It looked like It was going to be some artsy fartsy place with educational toys ,wooden blocks and model kits,but no!This place had pretty much everything collectors go for nowadays.The name of the store Is "Go!,Toys and Games" and I can honestly say that I've never heard of It before.Everything was a dollar or two extra ,but that's not too bad considering how ridiculously expensive modern toys are In hobby and toy shops these days.I really hope this place sticks around. There Is a nice mix of everything.Marvel Legends,Star Wars  to blind bags to Funko figs.On top of that there are tons of board games   and books. WTF? Yes! 3 3/4 Marvel Legends!!!!!Not alot thou

Recent Pick Up!

My last "Merry Christmas To Me" post was going to be of Marvel Legends Spider-Man animated cartoon series figure that I thought I was getting a great deal on. It turns out the figure was a bootleg. $30 down the drain and a fake Spider Man figure in the trash. I didn't even bother trying to get a refund from the seller. I'll chalk it up to a loss and keep it moving. So today I figured I'd  treat myself to something dope in the toy aisles at my local Walmart and found this!  I'm not sure if this is a reissue or what but It was the last one on the pegs and so I grabbed it. Now I can't get that damned theme song out of my head.
