2 MINUTE TOY BREAK !

I can't say enough about this last trade package I received from Brothermidnight . I've harped on endlessly about desperately needing a Joe fix and Brother came through In the clutch . I mean come on,a vintage HISS! I actually told him that he could hold off on sending this along with another modern HISS  to lower the shipping cost  but he  , In Brothermidnight fashion , sent them anyways. From what I could tell It seems to be complete . Well almost complete If you count the driver . The HISS alone Is just such an iconic vehicle In the Joe mythos .  This begs to be piloted by and equipped with a couple of vintage Cobra Troopers that ,unfortunately,  I don't have . I got home to this behemoth of a package sitting on my front  porch  ,a trade box from Brother Midnight.Upon further inspection,It seems the box has been dropped or ripped around the corners ,however, USPS was nice enough to stick an apology right to the side of the packaging lol.Oh well ,shit happens .I'll have an updated post with content pics up later on tonight. Aww,they care....

A big shout out to Brother Midnight for hooking me up with some key Marvel Universe figures that have been on my want list for some time now. The very first item In the trade package was  a pre cursor to the Marvel madness that would ensue.Love the nostalgia this Colorforms  Lazer Blazers sticker sheet packs!First time ever seeing this. Loyal Subjects Trap Jaw!I absolutely love this figure and have already taken to ebay to find some Loyal Subjects Joe figures.Just a solid product with accessories and decent articulation.  O.K. ,where to begin.I'll start with the  Dr.Strange figure.The one I have now has a loose leg that  always falls off and now I have solid replacement.My Wrecking Crew is two deep now thanks to the Bulldozer figure.All I need now Is Piledriver and Thunderball. Mystique  was a total surprise and a must have for my team of mutant villains.I finally have a Secret Wars accurate Doc Ock figure!And Kraven the Hunter!Kraven the fu*!...

When I first started out this whole action figure blog thing,It was all about having a place to showcase my figures other than my toy room.Camaraderie  would ensue and then the trading began.I can't begin to tell you how much trading has helped me with  my collecting goals.Brothermidnight of  Green Plastic Squirt Gun  has been ,not only a good trade partner,but also a good friend.He's helped me fill holes in my collection with vintage  figures like Kenner's Michael Knight and Swamp Thing ,TMNT Foot Soldiers,M.U.S.C.L.E. as well as several MOTU figures.Thanks to him I have been able to cross off quite a few figures from my want lists and now I can cross off  a couple more! I didnt even know I wanted that Alien figure.Brothermidnight knows what you want even before you do.That Mojo has been on my radar along with other Toybiz product that I feel blend in well with the modern MU figures.Lady Deadpool and Thorita were an awesome plus and that Smurf book is...

Ho-lee SHIT!Brother Midnight's trade package arrived today ,and right off the bat,delivered a punch that knocked me silly and right back to the 80's!A while back,I posted about a man cave I was In the process of hooking up and Bro Midnight gave me an idea to throw up some Christmas lights and maybe a couple of movie posters. Both were great ideas ,only problem Is I didn't have any movie posters :( Well,Brother took It upon himself to aid me In my efforts to create my make shift man cave with a mind blowing assortment of  80's movie posters! Willow!God, If you don't remember Willow then you were In a cryogenic sleep for most of the 80's.I need to see this again!
