2 MINUTE TOY BREAK !

Before I start rambling about my personal glitch in the matrix, I'd like to wish everyone a Happy Star Wars Day! May the 4th be with everyone!   🌌 🚀 ✨ 👽  So, you know you've bought too many action figures when ones you thought you didn't have begin to appear. Such was the case with this Star Wars Vintage Collection Lando Calrissian figure. I vaguely remember buying this years ago but not vividly enough to convince myself that I actually did. Well, guess what I found while rummaging through a few boxes of miscellaneous toys a few days ago.  A while back I sold off all of my 3.75 Star Wars VC figures and instantly regretted it. I've been wanting to recollect them but the process has been a slow one. This Lando and a more recently released Vintage Collection Darth Vader is as far as I've gotten in my attempts to replenish my 3.75 modern Star Wars action figure collection. I'm looking forward to adding more in the near future.  ...

I haven't done one of these In a while so here It goes,another "My Favorite 5" post!    This Is my go to Black Panther figure.I only have one other one but this one here Is my favorite.Not so much because of the movie ,In fact I could easily disassociate this design from the film and It would still be great! Again,pretty much the same as above with this figure.Homecoming Spider-Man Is a great figure on It's own,film aside.Great color combination with the black outlines throughout.I love the head sculpt on this one! Something about the soft colors on this Lando Calrissian figure that make It really stand out to me.Only  Billy D can rock pastel and get away with it.Soft goods and great articulation.Just a dope figure overall. There's something about this figure that screams "PLAY WITH ME!" Lando was always one of my favorites In the Star Wars films.I can remember ,as a kid ,owning a Kenner Jabbas Palace/Skiff Guard   Lando with removable helmet.I didn't have many Star Wars figures as a kid so my skiff guard Lando got to go on lots of solo missions.This one here Is the Cloud City version and I love It just the same!No helmet and minimum weapons (1 pistol)  but still a damn good figure.Soft goods Is always a plus in my book and these contemporary Star Wars figures don't disappoint In that department. Man,just a sweet figure! I think Kenner's head sculpt Is more accurate as far  as the character likeness goes.Which reminds me,If anybody has a spare Kenner skiff guard helmet laying around,let me know!  Here's where my modern Star Wars collection stands today.Only 12 deep but still growing.Obi Wan and Princess Leia figures are next on my list.
