1994 Marvel Superheroes Toybiz Punisher

I managed to find this Toybiz Pun fig for a really good price mainly because of the hideous packaging. 


I'd like to say that for it's time, trench coat Punisher was a cool figure. But let's be honest, Obi-Wan was sporting this fit back in '77. It's ok I guess. A little too tight to remove and I didn't want to risk tearing it so for now it stays on. One thing I love about these Toybiz figures is their shininess! The 90's kept it glossy with their action figures. 


My Punisher action figure collection is taking shape. A few more key figures and I'll be content.

    What an awesome figure. I've started buying Toybiz Marvel figures and Power of the Force because they're cheap and so much fun.

      Marvel Superheroes Toybiz is a great line to collect. So many figures to choose from and like you said, cheap!

CT Toys is heavy on my radar right now. I was pleasantly surprised with Wolverine but this Spider-Man figure has made me a full fledged believer. Included are 5 sets of alternate hands, 1 with magnets (6 in all if you count the ones he comes equipped with), 1 extra set of articulated feet with magnets, 4 web streams and an alternate McFarlane style head sculpt. Oh, and a display stand.  I've said in the past how sucky I am at posing action figures. That said, MAFEX/CT figs are great for posing, even if you're not very good at it. 1990 Toy Biz Marvel Superheroes Daredevil

Growing up we had lots of cool superhero toys to collect. There was never a shortage of Batman, Superman or Spiderman figures in the toy aisles. Mainstream characters got all the love. Dudes like Daredevil, not so much. That all changed in the mid to late 80's (Mattel Secret Wars) and in 1990 Toy Biz would start releasing their seemingly neverending line of Marvel Superheroes that gave us action figures of everybody from  Daredevil to Deathlok.
